Southampton Families, please take a few minutes to check out this week’s Pawprint! We have several important updates as we head into another busy week at SES.

A few things you don’t want to miss:
🔒 School Safety: We will conduct our first lockdown drill of the school year this week. Teachers will prepare students in an age-appropriate way, and we expect everyone to take our drills seriously so we can practice our procedures and be prepared. Kindergarten will not participate in this drill.
📊 MAP Growth Testing: MAP testing begins over the next two weeks. These assessments help us understand each student’s current achievement and growth so teachers can tailor instruction, set goals, and plan appropriate supports.
🎉 Attendance Spirit Week is this week! Don’t forget to join the fun Tuesday–Friday as we celebrate Attendance Awareness Month and remind our Tigers that every day counts!

📅 Reminder: RPS is CLOSED Monday, September 21, for Yom Kippur.
